Tuition Account Updates
At this time your 2026/2027 Tuition account should have been set up in FACTS. Please review your FACTS account to confirm the following:
- Your account is active and a valid payment method is attached to your account
- Your Payment Plan is correct (For families using ESA, quarterly invoice accounts have been set up for each child using an ESA)
- If you have not set up your FACTS account please go to this page immediately and create your acccount now (when prompted for an ID please just use your email address)

PLEASE NOTE: Per school policy, the State of Arizona provides several options to assist families in paying for your child’s Catholic Education, including School Tuition Organizations (STO) tax credit funds, and the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). These programs are offered through the State and/or individual STOs and are not managed by our school. Therefore, you are responsible for compliance with all terms, conditions of eligibility, and legal requirements related to any programs in which you participate.
Payment of your child’s tuition is your responsibility, whether or not you choose to participate in ESA, STO, or any other programs. These programs may not cover 100% of tuition and fees and, therefore, any outstanding portion will remain the responsibility of the parent.
ESA UPDATES
Families with Existing ESA Contracts — Double-check that you have renewed your contract and signed all of the appropriate documentation! If you fail to secure 1st quarter funding due to not signing your 2026/27 contract you are responsible for covering the entire amount
Families New to ESA — Check your emails and portal regularly. If you are missing documentation take care of it immediately. It is a busy time for the Department of Education and new contracts seem to stall right about now. Be proactive in establishing your contract!
Quarterly Tuition Invoices & ClassWallet Information The first quarterly tuition invoices for the 2026/2027 school year were emailed from FACTS on or around July 15. Please take a moment to review your invoice and submit your payment through ClassWallet.
ClassWallet Service Fee
For the 2026/2027 school year, FACTS invoices do not include the 2.04093% ClassWallet service fee. Based on the video provided by ClassWallet, this fee no longer appears to be required. We strongly advise that all families using ESA view this video.
Submitting Your Payment
When uploading your invoice in ClassWallet, please enter the “Amount Sent to Vendor” so that it matches the amount shown on your FACTS invoice whenever possible. For directions on how to find "Saint John Bosco" as a vendor of ESA please see this page.
If Your ClassWallet Balance Is Less Than Your Invoice
We understand that some families may not yet have sufficient funds available in their ClassWallet accounts to cover the full quarterly tuition amount. If your available balance is less than the amount due, simply submit the full balance currently available in your ClassWallet account.
Once your payment is received, any remaining balance for the quarter will be transferred to your AutoPay account in accordance with your tuition agreement.

Tax Credit Update
If you are planning to use Tax Credit/Student Tuition Organization (STO) funding to help with your K-8 student(s) tuition we will credit your account as your funding becomes available. If you are aware of financial assistance scholarships that you will be receiving please reach out if your account has not been credited. Also, if you still need funds to cover tuition make sure you apply for the Institute for Better Education Financial Aid. There might be funds available for students with active applications — make sure you have checked the Financial Aid box! These funds are not available for students using ESA/Classwallet; tax credit funds and ESA funds cannot be combined in the same school year.
