Dear Parents,
As we approach the end of the school year, we want to help every family step into summer feeling peaceful, prepared, and stress-free—with everything in place for a strong start to the 2026–27 school year. Please take a few moments to review the important items below and complete anything that may still be outstanding:
ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) Existing ESA Account Holders
- Renewal emails were sent on May 5, 2026
- Please check your email and sign your renewal contract
- Reminder: It is the parent’s responsibility to renew and sign the contract each year
New ESA Applicants
- If you are applying for ESA for the first time, please do so as soon as possible through the ESA website
- Monitor your email closely—contracts are typically sent about 30 days after applying
- Your ESA process is NOT complete until your contract is signed
Parish Verification- If you have not submitted your Parish Verification Form, please do so immediately
- Families without a completed form will be charged full tuition:
- $10,989 (K–8)
- $11,198 (Preschool)
- If you’ve already submitted your form—thank you! No further action is needed
FACTS Tuition (New Families)- All new families must set up a FACTS Tuition Management Plan
- Enrollment is conditional upon completion
- Plans must be set up by June 30, or your child may be moved to the waitlist
Back-to-School Readiness- Order your 2026–27 School Supply Kit – skip the lines and get exactly what your child’s teacher requested
- Register for Innovation Learning (Aftercare)
- Required for ALL students as a safety backup
- $16 registration fee ($1 paid upfront; $15 only charged if used)
- Must be completed before Meet the Teacher to receive your child’s homeroom placement
FREE DRESS DAY INCENTIVE!
All students who are registered for Innovation Learning and have purchased their School Supply Box by this Friday, May 15th will receive a FREE Dress Day Pass for Monday, May 18th!

By completing everything now, you can rest assured that your child is fully prepared and ready for a successful 2026–27 school year.
