Dear Parents,
I would like to share some important staffing updates with our community, along with heartfelt gratitude for two incredible members of our St. John Bosco family.
After 10 wonderful years as our Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Amy Molina will be moving on to her next chapter, where she looks forward to spending more time with her family and traveling with her husband. Amy has truly been the heart of our front office and an invaluable part of our school. She has been the welcoming face to new families throughout the admissions process, a steady and supportive presence in our daily interactions, and often the very first impression when someone enters our campus. Her ability to know every student, parent, and staff member by name speaks volumes about her care, dedication, and love for our community. In addition to her front office responsibilities, Amy has supported countless daily operations, ensured smooth communication between families and staff, and consistently created a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the spirit of SJB.
After 22 years of dedicated service to the Diocese of Phoenix—10 of those years here at St. John Bosco—Dr. Teri Aguiar will be retiring at the end of this school year. Teri has been an integral part of our school community, and her commitment, care, and attention to detail have left a lasting impact. She has been a wonderful editor of our school communications and a true master behind the Bulldog Bite, ensuring all of our events and happenings are thoughtfully included and shared. In addition, Teri has supported many aspects of our daily operations, including assisting with the website, helping with lunch and carpool duties, managing Safe Environment training, and even stepping in to sub in the classroom when needed. Her versatility, reliability, and willingness to serve wherever needed have been a tremendous gift to SJB.
On a personal note, it is truly difficult to see these two amazing women move on. They have been my right hands in so many ways, and their constant love and unwavering support of SJB have been invaluable. They will be greatly missed by all of us.
As we look ahead, we are actively seeking applicants for the Administrative Assistant (front office) position. Dr. Aguiar’s responsibilities will transition into our new full-time Development Coordinator role, and we are currently in the process of finalizing that hire. Additionally, we are working to finalize the hire for a full-time Maintenance position for the upcoming school year. I will share updates on these positions as soon as they are confirmed.
In the meantime, we are also seeking applicants for the following positions for the 2026–2027 school year:
- Campus Security Monitor (full-time)
- Preschool Instructional Assistant (part-time)
- Health Office Assistant (full-time)
- Administrative Assistant (full-time)
Thank you for your continued support of our school and for joining me in celebrating Mrs. Amy Molina and Dr. Teri Aguiar for their incredible service to our community.
Joyful Blessings,
Jamie Bescak
