Dear Parents,
Report cards will be emailed today by 5:00 PM. Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for February 11, 12, and 13, with 12:30 PM early dismissal on all three days. Please plan for prompt pickup or register with Innovation Learning for aftercare, so teachers may begin conferences on time.
As we enter the 3rd trimester, I want to thank families for your continued support of punctuality and regular attendance. Arriving on time allows students to fully participate in morning prayer, announcements, and the opening lessons that set the tone for the day. Tardiness disrupts learning for both the student and the class, while consistent attendance supports academic and spiritual growth. To ensure this consistency, we kindly ask that families plan vacations around the school calendar. For instance, scheduling trips during official school breaks means your child will not miss essential lessons, group projects, or interactive sessions that are critical to their overall development.
And now for some exciting news: We have officially received approval from the City of Phoenix for our shade structure permit! Installation will be completed by the end of February—just in time before the weather heats up. God is Good! A heartfelt thank you to everyone for your contributions, support, patience, and prayers in making this long-awaited project a reality.
